To start, I stamped the charming vintage couple with Copic friendly ink on white card stock. After coloring them I went about creating the background, also with Copic markers. I used blue-violet markers to create the ice and show, then covered the sky with a dark blue. I used dark and medium greens to give the subtle appearance of trees, then used a white gel pen to add snowflakes, then die cut the panel.
A card sized panel of white card stock was sprayed with sparkle shimmer spray and die cut with the snowflake cover die and adhered to the white card base. The colored panel was popped up with foam tape, then I added 3 of those snowflakes to the front of my card along with the sentiment.
Thanks for looking and I hope you'll join us for the DTGD challenges this week!
